Delivery & returns

Your order will always be prepared and shipped as fast as possible!

Parcels are in general prepared and shipped the day of your order or at least 24h after your payment confirmation. Transit time will vary depending upon the country destination and the chosen delivery method. All parcels are sent from our location in France. We are processing and shipping your orders from Monday to Saturday morning, except during holiday closures and bank holidays. Closures will always be announced on the store home page.

Different shipping methods will be offered depending upon the country of delivery. Outside of France, a registered tracked parcel with signing is the normal shipping method (Colissimo International), however, we are also offering an untracked and unsigned service at your own risks (Postexpress). Untracked shipping option is not available for all countries. We decline any responsibility for lost parcel or late delivery when choosing and unsigned delivery method. We can ship on demand with very fast parcel services (Chronopost International), please ask before ordering. Extra cost will apply.

Shipping costs include packing, wrapping, handling and postal services. They can include a fix cost as well as a variable cost. To help ensure your shipping cost is as accurate as possible, we base shipping costs on the product type and total weight.

Preorders and "On demand"

Some articles are offered as preorders. It can be typically the case for the new and awaited products for which a limited quantity will be available. The preorder allow you to reserve your product. The availaibility dates are updated on a regular basis and can change at any time without prior notice, depending upon changes with the manufacturer schedule.

Other articles are offered "On demand". They are typically products manfufactured on demand, custom made or rare products. We can communicate delivery time estimations. "Out of stock" designated articles are not available and can not be ordered.

Assembly services and other services

Some EDF configurations or other articles may require assembly services. This service which of an EDF includes motor assembly, balancing and tests, requires up to 5 open days. We usually make this service in 3 days or less. Orders including an assembly service (visible at the bottom of the products pages) will be shipped after the service completion.

15 days return period.

You can return ordered products before 15 days following the delivery date if unused and returned in their unopened original packaging in perfect condition. Returns are at your own risk and return shipping costs as well as potention custom costs at your charge. Important : Please put a value of goods at 0€ (it is a return of goods). We will not refund any lost product during the return process and we strongly recommend using a tracked and signed delivery method when returning a product. A return approval must be delivered together with a return number prior to any return. Return right is not offered for some products category including batteries. Please contact us before returning products. Approved returns will generate a credit note and a refund of the returned product(s). Initial delivery costs will not refunded. We keep the right to reject any return not in accordance with the preceding. Please always contact us before any return.

!!WARNING!! NO RESERVE = NO RECOURSE

Please check in detail and in the presence of the deliverer the contents of your package (open the package). In case of damage observed, write specific and detailed reserves on the delivery note given to the deliverer ("damaged package" will not suffice). No recourse will be possible if this is not done on delivery.
